Florida couple has filed an emergency lawsuit against a fertility clinic,

alleging the newborn child is not genetically related to either of them.

The couple identified in courts as John and Jane Doe.

If there's a real John and Jane Doe out there, it probably is somewhere.

That's probably a last name.

That would suck.

I don't think there is because that's why they use it so frequently for anonymous purposes. And if your last name is Doe and you name your kid John or Jane, you just suck. Yeah. That's just, that's a... Well, somebody probably did it. Is Doe a name? Looked that up. According to the complaint filed in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, the couple used their own egg and sperm to create a viable embryos at the clinic.

In March 2025, the couples, well, the embryos was a planted in Jane Doe, resulting in successful full-term pregnancy.

A couple had a healthy child, baby dough, born December 11th, 2025, just as past December.

The parents became suspicious when baby dough displayed physical characteristics of a child

who was not racially Caucasian.

I don't know why the word racially is in there.

Despite both John and Jane Doe being Caucasian, genetic testing subsequently confirmed

that baby dough was no genetic relationship to either

of the plaintiffs, indicating the implanted embryo was not one of the couples. While the doves

expressed a deep emotional bond with the child they carried and delivered, the lawsuit states

their belief that baby dough should be legally

and morally united with their genetic parents.

Well, they didn't want that baby, correct?
