We're going to talk to Mark Etheridge. He works for D1Baseball.com. He's covered college baseball for 25 years or so. Mark, one of the great people in the kind of the national game of college baseball with the season starting just a few weeks. We're going to take a big picture look. Why was last year different? What's up with this year in the SEC? Mark really specializes in the SEC and has for the majority of his career. So we're going to get you ready. We'll obviously hit a lot of more Ole Miss-specific content leading up to that season opening series at Hawaii. But today, kind of a big primer, kind of looking at the overall scope of the

game, where it's at, and moving forward here for college baseball in 2024, might Bianco

going into his 24th season as head coach, Ole Miss trying to bounce back from, by far,

their worst season since the 90s, 6 and 24 in the SEC, you know the score by now.

So how'd they do in the portal?

They do enough.
