We're going to be talking to Sheila Katz, who is the CEO of NCJW. And National Council of Jewish Women

hosted this extraordinary rally on Tuesday of this week in favor of the right of human beings to

control their own bodies, I should say, and in favor of that right, including the ability to make choices about abortion. Were you there, Rabbi? I was there. As was our executive producer, right? Did you see Tim there? I did see Tim there. He was all over the place trying to get tape from people. It's good to have because Tim's a little bit taller than a lot of the Jews who were there, so it was actually great. You could see him above the crowd.

Ha. And what was the vibe like at this rally? Oh, well, at any rally, there is a type of celebration

happening because you realize there are other people. You are not alone in your despondency. So it would

be disingenuous for me to say the vibe was

morose or mournful. The vibe was, we can effing do this. And there was a lot of work in front of us,

but we can do it. So there was a little bit of like a Jewish communal reunion. A lot of people

you hadn't seen since before COVID, of course, a lot of moments where I was able to look across

the space, lock eyes with someone and say, I know you, we're going to march this march together.

And that was actually quite empowering. And I'm curious, did it feel like a cross-denominational gathering?
