So last month, actually, it was two months ago, I talked about the new survey that found that ATM charges in the United States had hit yet another all-time record high.

And banks now that they feel like the pressures off from Washington are looking for every possible way to take advantage of their account holders.

And now a lot of banks are charging five bucks a pop when you go use an ATM.

The average around the country is about $475, according to a survey from bankrate.com.
