How are things at your house?

Things are okay, although a slightly fraught because one of our four, yes, four cats slipped out a window, and although she's keeping close to the brimmer of the house, we are having a very difficult time getting her back inside the house.

And so far in an attempt to save her and retrieve her, rescue and retrieve, I've trapped in a possum and I've trapped a neighbor's cat, both of which I released back into the wild. But what I'm really trying to do is catch my own cat. Did you sheepishly bring your neighbor's cat back to their house? No. Hopefully my neighbor is not a listener because I, I know, I said nothing. I opened. Jumped in the middle of the freeway. I walked out. I saw this adorable. I it in the middle of freeway. I walked out.

I was like, good news is family.

I caught a cat.

Bad news.

It's not ours.

Once I opened the trap, she shot across the street. And I was like, oh, I guess that's her house. But hey, in fairness, she was trespassing. And also it was probably great for the other family because that other cat is now not going to be such an ass about.

The cat's like, oh, I thought it would be better across the street at the Molina house. Yeah, no, the grass is not greener over there.
