An amazing statistic is that one out of three homeless people in America are in California.

That's incredible.

It's not just the weather.

There's a lot of states with good weather.

Sure.

A lot of it's the welcoming attitude in policies.

Some of you are excited about that.

You want to be the place that welcomes those who've been screwed by the system?

Well, whatever.

And a lot of you are horrified by that because you think it has a negative effect on your

quality of life.

And where should they go?

Somewhere else.

We had the pleasure of the other night of meeting Vacaville police chief John Carly,

Vacaville, California San Francisco Bay Area community, kind of Vowder suburb along the

the booming I 80 corridor for those listening around the country and around the world, a

middle sized town, but a pretty good sized one.

And the chief is online right now to talk about homelessness, aggressive panhandling the

whole deal with this chief.
