In all of the years we've been coming to Afghanistan's capital city of Kabul, it's never been this dangerous.

So dangerous that American personnel rarely drive on the city streets.

That's from Sunday night 60 minutes and later this hour we're going to have on our military analyst Mike Lyons to talk a little bit about that story on how it's more dangerous in Kabul than at any point that Lara Lugans been going to Kabul for instance and she's been going there since the war started.

So we've spent a trillion dollars thousands of lives. We're spending four billion dollars a year on their security for them and it's more dangerous than it's ever been and you used to land in Kabul and she and military personnel or whoever you drive to the safe zone.

Now they have to helicopter you to the safe zone. There's no way you can drive to the safe zone because it's just too dangerous.

Yeah, yeah, and this is the only part of the country that really is quote unquote controlled by the central government at all in a significant way and it's too dangerous to drive around.

Yeah, so that was crazy. What are we accomplishing there a trillion dollars and it's more dangerous than it has ever been since started.

Yeah, probably talked to Mike about North Korea as well, which is on 60 minutes and was really interesting.

And a story was in New York Times over the weekend about how there's a bunch of different ways it looks like we're gearing up for a possible war with North Korea.

And I want to ask him about that because a Mike lines argument has been for a long time. Look, we can't be doing that. We would have to be maneuvering in a whole bunch of different ways if we were actually going to strike them.

Well, are we doing that now? That's what I want to ask you. I also want to check these KFC gravy infused cocktails out.

Actually, I don't drink anymore so I can't do that. Kentucky you can get the virgin versions. Yeah, just be drinking gravy, which is fine with me.

Kentucky fried chicken has gone the way of the stunt food. Yes, so many people have because you get mentioned, for instance, on this radio program. Isn't it kitchen fresh chicken now, Jack?

They'll always be Kentucky fried chicken to me. They tried that name change for about three weeks. Nobody bought it. So they just like my fried chicken with just a little bit of slavery.

Oh boy. Wow. Whatever they're trying to show what that guy and his plantation outfit. What is that? Was that the reason he's old time me? Okay. There are good times lemonade on the porch.

Yeah. Is that why they went kitchen fresh just to get away from the whole Kentucky thing or was the fried thing fried? Okay.

At least that was that's my recollection of the argument at the time. But if I was going to have one of these gravy infused cocktails, I would have the gravy Mary. It sounds pretty good.

It's vodka and gravy and then a bunch of stuff you mixed together. And you have that as an eye opener in the morning.

What are my other choices? Gravy Mary has very low standards. So whoever's around.

Yeah, gravy Mary sounds like some might have a, you know, they got a rough night, whether you binge too much on alcohol or gravy.

Yeah. Too much fast food the night before. I need a little gravy to stay to hands.

Well, anyway, so look at those for those that can take you for a chicken. So I don't get another choice than the gravy Mary. One another one. Yeah, I want like a gin and gravy.
