And I want to give you an important heads up when you're looking for a job

because when you're looking for a job, usually in today's economy, you're still working somewhere

and you may be out there just testing the waters.

The last thing you want is for your job search to be exposed to the people you're already working for

because the next thing you could find yourself being sent out the door or who knows what

being called on the carpet and asked, why do I see you looking for a job here on social media?

Well, this particular warning is about Glassdoor, which is very heavily obviously with the name

about women looking for new opportunities.
