I don't know that he would want to work for Jerry Jones.

I don't think Belichick would ever take that offer unless Jerry decided to just go sit in his owner's box and in writing.

Vrable, as expected, did end up becoming the head coach of the New England Patriots,

which I think would have been a good fit for Chicago.

That said, just because Vrable defensive guy, that town ruggedness, they would have liked that.

But if you're Chicago, you just drafted a quarterback

and Caleb that you probably need an offensive mind to work alongside. And so you do wonder

what direction they're going to go. They're said to have been interested in, or maybe

interested in Marcus Freeman at Notre Dame. I think if you're Notre Dame, you don't want to lose

him.

He's done a great job there this year and is a guy that's probably growing on the job and going to get better and better.

If I'm Chicago, I'm looking at Pete Carroll.

Munkin in Baltimore or Brady in Buffalo. The problem you have in the case of Brady,

and I'm with you on him, I like him a lot,

always have going back to when he was the OC at LSU.

Chicago spent a lot of time hiring guys that aren't head coaches,

that haven't been head coaches,

and then they've watched them fail on the job.
