That's a, as lefties go, 200 wins? Yeah. So, wow. I should be sure. I just assume everybody knows. I was going through the Rolodex. I'm like, wait a minute. David Ross retired from managing? No, no, no. Yeah, no, Lester retired. 200 wins, three titles. That's a good career. not a Hall of Fame career, but that is a good career, a really good career.

And by all accounts, he's a good guy, fun guy to be around.

I would have loved to have been around a certain night where I've been told of a firsthand knowledge that they sat by the pool at Mr. Lester's house while Eddie Vedder sang to the masses and they drank heartily.

Damn it, man! To know somebody who was at that and not to have been me is frustrating.
