One of my favorite chapters in the Bible about family.

I'm going to read the whole thing.

It's five verses.

Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build labor in vain.

Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in

vain. It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil,

for he gives to his beloved sleep. Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord,

the fruit of the womb a reward.

Like arrows in the hand of a warrior

are the children of one's youth.

Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them.

He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his

enemies in the gate. Is that not an awesome picture of the Lord who builds the house, the Lord

who gives children as a heritage, the fruit of the womb, a reward, a gift, like arrows in the hand

of a warrior. Children are a blessing to those whose quiver is full with them. Oh, there's so many

different directions we could pray based on this but I want to read a prayer

request that came in I'm not going to mention the name or all the details because of some of
