0:57.3	Well, Jesse, since this is the rookie podcast, can you give us a little quick rundown of what your life was before you got started in real estate and how you kind of transitioned into the portfolio you've built today?
1:09.8	Yeah, that's an excellent question.
1:11.4	I will start it. So back in 2015, I worked in health care. I was actually in health care for
1:16.4	17 years of my life. I know I look like I'm 20 years old with gray hair, but that's not the case,
1:21.5	actually. But I was working in a hospital, and I was a business development manager, which is basically a fancy way of saying
1:28.7	sales rip, Ash, and there was this dimly lit hospital room that I was walking in. And if anybody's
1:34.7	ever been in one of these like nursing stations are kind of like a U shape, and there's this woman
1:40.1	that had this beautiful accent, she was saying things like, don't you know, and isn't he a doll?
1:46.2	And Ash, you know where that accent's from?
1:48.9	I'm thinking you're going to say Midwest.
1:51.5	Yes, Midwest is absolutely correct.
