Well, Jesse, since this is the rookie podcast, can you give us a little quick rundown of what your life was before you got started in real estate and how you kind of transitioned into the portfolio you've built today?

I will start it. So back in 2015, I worked in health care. I was actually in health care for

actually. But I was working in a hospital, and I was a business development manager, which is basically a fancy way of saying

sales rip, Ash, and there was this dimly lit hospital room that I was walking in. And if anybody's

ever been in one of these like nursing stations are kind of like a U shape, and there's this woman

that had this beautiful accent, she was saying things like, don't you know, and isn't he a doll?
