Hey there. Today's episode is inspired by one of my good friends. Her name is Bryce Reddy.

She's been on the podcast before. She is a licensed maternal

mental health counselor and did a recent poll on her Instagram. She's got a very large following of

about, I don't know, almost 200,000 on Instagram, very engaged audience in her stories,

and she always does polls throughout the week for her audience of moms. And in a recent

poll, she did 72% of those that answered said that their spouse refuses to declutter shared

spaces in the home. Yikes. Okay. And by the way, this is like at least 10,000 votes. So 72% good.

That's a pretty big chunk. And honestly, I was maybe a little surprised by

that. But that is what inspired this topic today, this conversation today. And I hope it gives you some

concrete tips and places to get started if you fall in that 72% if you fall in that same boat.

So Andrew, my husband, by the way, if you haven't already heard, was not on board with decluttering

his own stuff early on in my simplifying journey. And after, you know, the initial kind of

annoyance by that, like I get it now, like hindsight 2020, right? When we finally get to a place

where we're just determined and we're working our tookies off to
