After all, the money has no value backing it it's basically paper and at the end of the day

it's basically an IOU so what we do in the West at this point is walk around handing

IOUs to one another and on top of it those IOUs have

what's called usury attached to it where basically the interest rates have skyrocketed back when I was a kid which I think I mentioned in the show

usury was defined I think at three or four percent if I remember back that far correctly.

Now it is not uncommon for people who carry credit cards to pay anywhere from maybe 20 to even up to 30% or better.

You can go look up the definitions of usury to see what's going on here but I guess before we jump in I would ask
