Fitness and being able to perform is not just time spent in the gym, but it's applicable for all things life in longevity.

It amplifies the joy and fulfillment that we can experience because you can actually perform.

I think it's a huge pitfall for so many families, especially in America growing up, is if the parents can't perform, the kids don't know what that looks or feels like.

I think being capable is a requirement. And when you make that decision to have children,

I think it's really important to also recognize that that's a responsibility that you just took on
