Now, it's an idiom, and it means to become suddenly and extremely angry.

To just all of the sudden, boom, to explode in anger.

I guess, you know, this happens to some people.

I think it happens to me, unfortunately.

I'm not, yeah, I'm not violent, but yeah, it happens to me.

I fly off the handle sometimes.

Lots of stress, right?

I think, you know, right now for me and for you, if you're listening to this, you know, live, it's April 14th, 2020. So the world right now is experiencing

the COVID-19 pandemic, the virus that's gone around the world.

And half of the world is forced to stay in their homes because we don't want to spread

the virus.

And people who I think they stay in their home, They're locked in their home too much.

They might fly off the handle.
