In the last few episodes have been talking about Psalm 63 because David in this

Psalm is expressing a hunger for God that we all need to have, we all need to nurture in our own hearts.

And he's already said that he's hungry for the Lord, that he's reminded himself of God's power and God's steadfast love and

because of that he's beginning to praise God. And in verse four he says, so I will bless you as long as I live in your name I will lift up my hands.
