0:06.4	If my voice sounds like an octave lower than normal is because I've just had a ridiculously heavy day yesterday.

0:18.8	I was, I did a 19 hour, oh no, seven, I'm adding a few, a 17 hour day yesterday.
0:26.9	Most of it, unfortunately, which was spending the car. I did like nine hours in the car.
0:31.3	But I was down at a drummer's house called, well, not house, well, it was his house actually,
0:35.9	but his studio as well. a drummer called Gavin Harrison.
0:40.0	You'll probably heard Garret and Gavin play on, man, he's played with so many bands,
0:45.3	Incognito, Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, Lisa Stansfield.
0:51.5	You know, he's played with a host of different artists.
0:54.5	And I was down at his place recording a course, focusing on metric modulation,
1:02.8	odd time signatures, implied time signatures, implied time changes, and a host of other things.
1:10.7	It was a real, a real fantastic day, and it other things. It was a real,

1:13.9	it was a real honour actually hooking up with Gavin
1:15.7	because I've been geeking out over his stuff for a year.

1:20.6	I can remember reading one of his drum books
1:22.6	when I was 16 years old and freaking out over some of the concepts in there.
1:26.7	So it was an honour to be able to get together with Gavin and record a course for bass players
