So a couple of weeks ago, we interviewed the director of the Coastal Conservation League in Charleston, Michelle Sinkler, regarding a possible lawsuit against Chronicle Cruise Lines.

And at the time, she said that there was no lawsuit, but then a couple days later, there was one.

Yeah, and she really gave the impression that, well, you know, they just wanted to find some common ground to make sure that the cruise line was not violating too many environmental codes or city ordinances.

And as you can very well imagine, this lawsuit, not too popular with the city.

And many groups, since obviously brings a lot of revenue to the city.
