Let me give you some startling statistics. 42% of us make New Year’s resolutions. 9% actually keep them. Think about that: Out of almost half our humankind, only 9 out of 100 people actually follow through on their goals. Pretty startling, right? All I can think about is how many people end the year feeling super disappointed and like they’ve wasted another year. The worst part of this whole fiasco is that when you say you’re going to do something and then don’t show up for yourself, you lose trust in yourself. So what’s a women to do?
