As you guys know, dance has been a huge part of my life.

I love every type of dance, especially the free-flowing ones, like ecstatic dance and five

rhythms and five elements and my own type of dance, dance your dosha, things that allow

you to just get into your body and really release these blocks that we have somatically,

which are just store tensions and emotions stuck in our hips and our pelvis and our jaws,

which are really just wounds from our childhood, from our past lives, from our ancestors that

were holding onto this body.

And dance is what allows us to cathartically release them so we can heal our lives and

all of the generations onwards.

And this is why I am so excited about today's guest, Vandana Hart.

She is the creator and host of the Netflix Worldwide Show We Speak Dance.

It's a documentary series that uses dance as a language to connect people across cultures.

While she was working for the UN, she ended up traveling to over 80 countries, leading

dance workshops, choreographing music videos, and consulting for the UN Women's Rights and

She's presented at forums, she got the show on Netflix, and we ended up meeting up to

dance hall dance together and had so much fun and so many things in common.
