This is a very special week because

Alicia is closing the chapter on an entire decade

and entering his 30s.

So I'm pretty excited about it. We're going to hear what he thinks about it in this episode. And obviously, anytime you come up on a mile mark year, whether that's half a decade or I don't know if it's

16 years old when you're younger. It causes you to think and reflect and think

about the past and think about the future and what you want.

I think any birthday actually really does that.

So I'm really excited to hear his thoughts coming into this year and I think you guys are

going to be encouraged to.
