Getting ready for this podcast, I was trying to think of the first, of my first introduction to stand-up comedy.

And I can't, I can't really remember.

I know that I had my parents had the Robin Williams I think it was like

live on Broadway he did a joke about eating pussy and like ate out his his

elbow was hysterical I know that doesn't make sense but just because he is, I don't know, his

his head, I just remember as a kitty, had hairy arms and I didn't, I was too young to even really

know what it meant. There was that one.

I had the VHS, it might have been the VHS copy of a now disgraced comedian's album that I had.

That might have been the first one.

There were some George Carlin DVDs at the house, but I don't remember the first, the exact first.

And then of course, I'm sure you've heard me talk about before if you haven't

There's a comedian who has since passed away named John Panette and he has a special called I Say Nay

and that one

Even though the other ones were first even though the disgraced guy and Robin Williams and

Carlin even though they I probably saw those first the John Pinette special I say N a and it was I was older I feel like I was in like either

Late middle school or definitely high school and I watched it with my best friend

and his family and like our family we got together we watched it I'm almost

positive I watched it a few times with my family. And then I don't know if I was

in like maybe early college or like maybe maybe end of high school but there used to be a con if you've heard

you've heard Rogan talk about it you've heard probably Joey talk about it

there was a there's a place in Boston called F annual Hall, which is right next to the Italian neighborhood, the North End, but it's not really Boston's Times Square, but kind, it's just the place where the tourists go.

There's nothing wrong with it, but it's, you know, they have chain restaurants, like they had a remake of the Cheers restaurant there they had
