I think that it's that repetition is really important to constructing a like a well

thought out worldview of being able to take the little pieces and details of

various things and put them together and and come up with a framework for like oh this is the way that the world works.

mastery the difference between being a hobbyist versus a professional and how David

prepares for his own podcast and some of the weird mhm hmm things he does how he is a weirdo and how he embraces that.
