grief. Now, grieving can be a difficult time for anybody and we all deal with

grief in our own particular ways. You can come sometimes feel like you're grieving for a long time,

but there are stages of grief that you need to understand just to help you to overcome it.

So what is grief?

Grief is something, like I mentioned, we will all deal with at some point in our lives.

And it's accompanied by lots of different feelings and emotions.

You may feel certain periods of sadness, pain, sorrow, heartache, heartbreak or misery, anguish, torment, suffering,

mourning, bereavement and remorse. So if you're suffering from any of these feelings,

they are totally natural and they take time to overcome. It's just all about a case of when

you decide is the right time to overcome it.

The feeling of grief is generally caused by the death of a loved one, which is what we're talking

about today. But it can be felt when a relationship has breaking down. The loss of a family

pet, your children leaving home, the loss of a job and loss through theft, the loss of a family pet, your children leaving home, the loss of a job and loss through theft,

the loss of independence through a disability, and even when somebody you love or yourself being

diagnosed with a terminal illness, is your body's natural way of dealing with these losses and how it copes.

Feelings of grief can sometimes be overwhelming with a feeling of despair.
