Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk. It is Tuesday, September 24,

2019 and I'm very happy to be back here at the desk after being in New York.

And it certainly has been a lot of news

things keep constantly turning and changing out there the news you know does affect the

stock market on a short-term basis it does it can of course it can

affect the long-term but most of the time it's the economy and not necessarily the

day-to-day news hot news item you, that doesn't really hurt or help the market long term.

But there's a lot of variables at work as always.

And I'm hoping that this show will give you an unbiased guidance to understanding what it's all going on out there.

You know, today's news about the impeachment talk and about Trump's speech in front of the UN and about, you know, you know, any kind of news that comes out, you know, natural disasters,

how does it affect the market? And everything affects the market,

is just how financially long-term will it affect the market.

That's what's important to you and me as investors.

If you're a trader, then the short term is important to you. So in this hour today

we're going to talk about financial freedom as we do every day on this show

and what that means for you and this is very interesting when I was in New York City talking to different people.

It meant vastly different things to different people, which I always suspected because I've

been doing this for a while and I know that. Most people, I find that most wealthy people don't really plan on quote-unquote retiring. That's not their goal to retire.
