Well welcome to the show, everyone. I apologize that there was no show last week, but we arrived

back from Europe with plenty of drama. Those of you who are friends with Walter and I on

Facebook know that we had a pretty serious issue with our dog, Max. Last week he had

gone in for surgery last Monday to have his gallbladder taken out in a mass removed from

his liver. There were complications after that surgery and we were told on Thursday that

the likelihood he would leave the hospital was very slim. Fortunately, the vets at affiliated

veterinary services in mainland are apparently miracle workers because if you could have seen

Max last Thursday and where he is today, we're recording this on Wednesday the 21st. It's

like a completely different dog. They literally saved his life. They've also, I mean I could

have bought a car for what this has cost me, but I get my dog back. So you know what? I'm

okay with it. And you know, so he actually, we go to pick him up after we're done recording.

Definitely want to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes for the dog. Oh, yeah,

that was amazing. The amount of the outpouring of support and good thoughts on Facebook.
