How'd you like to be in a major brand hotel and find rats in your hotel room. Yikes. And the hotel's like,

yes, so what? I was just in a fancy hotel and I had bed bugs. How'd that go for you?

I've still got the scars on my ankles. Ooh. Yeah, because the whole point is that the name on the door of a hotel, the name on the

sign, means nothing anymore.

I'll tell you what's behind that and what you need to know when you're booking a room
