0:22.0	The NCAA announced it is moving first round games of the 2017 NCAA tournament from Greensboro
0:28.5	in what amounts to a protest of North Carolina's HP2 bill.
0:33.0	That was Monday night, then earlier today, the ACC announced it's moving neutral site
0:38.1	championships from the state in the 2016-17 academic year.
0:42.1	That includes the ACC football championship game that was supposed to be played in Charlotte.
0:49.6	Don't know where it's going to be played now, but we know it won't be in North Carolina.
0:53.3	That too is what amounts to a protest of North Carolina's HP2 bill.
0:58.4	You and I had talked about this several weeks back when it became clear that the NCAA
1:05.3	was positioning itself to possibly take a stand.
1:09.9	I think we were both on record saying we thought it probably would take the stand and that
1:14.9	we would applaud the NCAA if it did take the stand.

1:20.1	Yeah, this I think has taken some people by surprise because they weren't expecting the
1:26.8	NCAA and now the ACC to act this swiftly.
1:30.8	I'm not surprised by this.
1:33.4	I think both organizations should be committed to this.
1:36.4	Although I will say the ACC they could have done action earlier.
1:40.1	They waited for the NCAA and its commissioner, John Swofford, was not as definitive previously
