The following is a pre-recorded program.

Lawsuit here in California against a school district.

And this one, actually it's against the state of California.

And the lawsuit says that during the pandemic, the state has failed to provide a free and equal education to all students, violating the state constitution and discriminating against black, Latino, and other low-income families.

And these kids have been left behind during the months of distance learning.

We talked about so often how difficult it was on the poor lower socioeconomic scale for kids.

And if we look at our society, it's black, Latino minority students that are most represented in that demographic.

And so because the kids were lacking access to digital tools, badly needed academic and social emotional supports, the Constitution has been discriminated against, which mandates fair and equal access to education across the board.
