And we begin with a big back-to-school bummer. The North Carolina High School

is now in damage control mode after bedbugs started crawling out of district-issued laptopsdistrict-issued laptops.

The tiny biders reportedly infested the media center at Riverside High, where the Google

Chromebooks had been stored over the summer, and, according to W-R-A-L-T-V where the bugs likely tuck themselves into the tiny gaps and

openings of devices given to kids at freshman orientation. The creepy crawlers are the

size of apple seeds, have a a nasty bite and are notoriously hard to get rid

of once they've set up shop. Durham District administrators are asking

parents to bring back the laptops and inspect their homes for stragglers.
