The reason you're not getting the job you want is because of the noise and the competition in the marketplace and I want to share with you some mistakes that you might be making right now in your seeking opportunities, in your looking for new jobs and new money and new possibilities for yourself and your family.

There's mistakes that you're making and I want to make sure you're not making those because there's no reason for you to be underpaid.

Now this is a problem both for you, the job seeker as well as the person is looking to fulfill jobs.

Look, if I'm out there trying to hire people which we have been this week and I can't see through the noise that you're great, that you're exceptional.

Number one, I won't hire you. Number two, I won't pay you enough and number three, I'm going to miss you.

I don't want this to happen to you anymore. It's happening to millions of people.

If you have a job right now and you want to be promoted, maybe you've been at that job for a long time and you're not getting promoted, pushed up, you're not getting a raise.

Community leaders actually came together at that time and said we need to fortify this low wage workforce problem we have in Orlando.

We have to create better paying jobs in the Orlando marketplace. That was 12 years ago yesterday.

There's been a little progress but not enough to alter the economic DNA of our economy here and that's going to cause you pain.
