Hey everyone welcome back to another episode of the now that we're a family

podcast today Katie and I are going to be discussing some wins from our recent

past most notably this past week.

And this is an exercise that Katie have done, Katie and myself have done,

myself and Katie.

It's an exercise that we've done together, really since the time that we are married. I think this is something that Katie learned from her parents and we've really enjoyed implementing it into our marriage and I hope it's enjoyable I hope it's informative maybe it's

even encouraging and maybe you can even use this same exercise in your own

marriage or some other part of your life to bring more growth or whatever.

You can just use it in your marriage for whatever reason you see fit.

Or you don't use it.

Either those are your two options. You can use it or you don't use it. Either those are your two options.

You can use it or you cannot use it.
