| 0:29.7 | huge on the strength of the omega-3 story that now there are serious concerns about the effects of overfishing. |
| 0:35.6 | And just last week, there was a big scandal when it was discovered that some well-known |
| 0:39.6 | brands of fish oil contained unacceptable levels of PCBs. |
| 0:43.4 | Now a lot of people are wondering what they should do. |
| 0:45.8 | A colleague of mine actually stopped me in the hall last week to ask my advice. |
| 0:49.2 | Were she and her husband better off without the fish oil supplements, she asked, or did the health benefits of the omega-3 |
| 0:54.8 | still outweigh the risk of chemical exposure? |
| 0:57.5 | Well, actually, I have a slightly different perspective |
| 0:59.8 | on omega-3 fats, one I bet you haven't heard in the popular press. |
| 1:03.6 | Omega 3s are very important to your health. |
| 1:06.2 | However, you don't necessarily need to increase your intake |

| 1:11.8 | Before I explain, many of you may think I've overlooked an obvious solution. |
