In today's podcast, Paul wants to encourage you with three unique challenges to consider

during this pandemic. In this first segment, Paul gives us two pathways of response to the

coronavirus pandemic. Here's Paul. As I, like you, have been living through this global pandemic

that has occupied so much of our thinking and our emotions

and has restructured our living,

I thought of the two pathways of response

that the Bible calls us to all the time.

And how helpful these responses are for us in this moment.

First, the Bible calls us to mourn, to weep.

We have reason to weep in this moment.

We weep not only for the suffering that has enveloped the world.

For the many people who have suffered through this

virus for the many people who have died for the families who have watched that for the

families who have had to go through having a loved one die alone unable to be close to

them but we we we for something else we we we for alone, unable to be close to them.

But we we weep for something else,

we we for what has been exposed in this moment.

Our pride, our autonomy,

our delusions of self-sufficiency are grumbling and are complaining the sin that still lives in us that is by far the deeper greater pandemic we yes we have reasons to mourn.
