One guy in particular, David, sent me a nice long email about his history and recovery.

And he's been listening to the show about six weeks, and he was listening to two to three episodes a day to catch up.

And so he really, like, powered through the entire catalog of porn free radio which is cool because there's a lot

of great episodes in there now there's a couple bad ones i'm not going to tell you which ones they are

but but for the most part there's great episodes and he went back and and powered through all of them

and the cool thing is it started really taking an effect he um he wrote as of writing you, I'm just over three months into

my journey with a couple of slips along the way, but this is the best I have ever done. I'm feeling

so much better about myself. Even though I know there are some difficult times ahead,

I do have hope, and it's because I have been taking action. And he signs off at the

last of his email. He says, as an expression of my gratitude, I've set up a patron account to help you

keep doing this for as long as you need to. And that's so awesome. There's a couple things I love about this.

action and he's seeing results. And that's awesome. And it's not just results like a streak of days.

It's mindset change. It's really changing his connection to recovery and really choosing
