He's got a lot of great guests. He'll be stopping by the Cruise Radio booth, and we'll get to him in a bit. But first, you could win a really nice prize. Go to Facebook.com slash Cruise Radio. You'll see a picture of a ship there. Tell us the name of that ship in the comment box below. We'll pick a random winner from all those who answer correctly, and you could win a nice Port-Hole Cruise Magazine prize pack. Congratulations to last week's winner, Crystal Lee from Austin, Texas. All right, Doug, before we get to why you're down in Fort Lauderdale, let's touch upon some cruise news. I understand Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas is going to be redeployed from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean? Yes, it is. It was supposed to spend this upcoming winter, 2011 into 2012, over in Europe, but now it's going to be pulled back, redeployed into Fort Lauderdale to spend the winter. Why is that? Well, speculation is a rise in airfare costing folks a lot of money to fly from the U.S. over to Europe.

Plus, remember that Royal Caribbean already has 11 ships over in Europe this summer, which is up a couple from last year. All right, so what will the itineraries be? Once she's back in Fort Lauderdale, she'll alternate western and eastern Caribbean. Very good. Now, I understand that Princess is going to be going back to Egypt. Yeah, earlier this week, Princess announced that starting on May 15th, they'll start doing port calls into Egypt again because things, well, they aren't as crazy as they were earlier this year. All right, let's move on to Wiredown in Fort Lauderdale. Tell us exactly what is Cruise 360. Cruise 360 is basically a cruise line conference put on by Clea. If you don't know what Clea is, it stands for the Cruise Line International Associations. Basically, they're the folks who promote cruise travel and are very supportive of it. And it's a big conference full of destinations, cruise lines, and vendors as well.

All right. So how is this different from cruise shipping Miami where you were last month? Sure. Crew shipping Miami is geared more towards the industry, whereas Cruise 360 is geared towards more of the travel agents and consumers and offers the agents that are selling the cruises. They call it ship inspections, where travel agents could actually go on the ships and get a first-hand experience of what they're bringing back and selling their client. All right, who do you have first? Joining us is Christopher Wright, business development manager with a Jamaica tourist board. Chris, welcome to cruise radio. Hey, thank you so so much. And, you know, it's good to have you here at this event and here in the Jamaica Tourist Board booth. Tell me, why Falmouth as a cruise port? Well, you know, what it is, it's a joint venture between, you know, Royal Caribbean

2:38.1

and the government of Jamaica.

2:40.5

They say, hey, you know, there's this historic port that is, you know, was built in 1692,

2:46.3

and it's something over 200 years old.

2:49.0

So the historic value of it,

2:51.5

just the way the town is laid out,

2:53.6

the cobblestone streets,

2:54.8

the Georgian architecture,

2:57.0

they have come together down to say,

2:58.1

hey, this is something that, you know,

2:59.7

is unique to Jamaica,

3:02.1

unique to the Caribbean.

3:03.6

So they have developed this wonderful port

3:06.0

that, you know, when you come in,

3:09.7

it's like you're going back in time.

3:13.2

Now, for the listeners who don't know, where about on the island is Falmouth located?
