Doc Dwight Gooden is someone who moves me. He is an inspiration. He of course, of course, was a legendary pitcher.

His first season he was named Rookie of the Year, second won 25 games, earning the Triple Crown, one of the most

prestigious awards in baseball, the Sigh Young Award.

1986, when Mets won the World Series, Gooden's life changed forever. Instead of celebrating

with his teammates, he wants them on TV because he was wasted. He was blurry-eyed drunk high for the next 25 years, Dwight Doc Gooden battled alcoholism and addiction.
