Hi everybody, it's Joe Lampel, the Joe Behind Joe Gardner, and welcome to the Joe Gardner

Show.

Today we are doing something different yet again, and this time it's very different because

we are talking with a relative novice in the plant world.

And I'm talking about house plants today, as we have just passed Thanksgiving day, and

temperatures are dropping drastically, and we're all jealous of our friends in Australia

and the Southern Hemisphere right now.

But anyway, on the house plants, you know as gardeners, most of us are outside.

We're digging in the soil, and that's where we live.

But when it's really cold outside, obviously we can't garden, and so what do we do about

plants?

House plants would be a great option.

They're very popular in the urban environment.

Millennials are going crazy over house plants.

They've taken on kind of a new surge of popularity, and now there's designer plants and

holders and high tech lighting, and just, you know, the world has changed a lot in the

last several years, especially since probably many of us had our first entree into the

house plant world years ago.
