Well, hello there, top teachers. Today, I am your solo host, Bridget Spackman, and I am here to make

If you've been a listener for quite some time, then you know when we are solo hosts, and I do not

have my other half, Michelle Emerson, then that means that we have a week in the life, which is just what this is going to be, but we're doing a summer edition.

So we talk a lot about how there are different seasons in our life.

And for every season and not just like physical seasons

that we talk about with fall and spring and summer,

but we also have seasons in our life

where things will change around us.

We might have kids, family members might end up moving away.

We might end up choosing a different career path.

And so with those seasons, our routines

and our habits and our schedules are all going to shift and change. And so the focus of this

summer edition week in the life is to really help give you guys a really good idea of how we

manage having a work-life balance,

trying to get some work done over the summer, being proactive so that when we do go back

to school in the fall, we're not feeling overwhelmed. But we also really want to make sure

that we are enjoying the summer that we have because it's our time

to refresh, re-energize ourselves so that we're giving our all in the fall when we go back

every single day. I'm going to check in in the morning and then I will check in in the evening.
