The holiday season is here and I can hardly believe it.

It felt like yesterday it was January 1st and I had all these big exciting plans for 2020,

and then corona hit, and the days started to feel like weeks being cooped up in quarantine,

and then all of a sudden the holidays were here.

It's been a bizarre year, but here we are.

We're approaching the holiday season.

It's amongst us, and I know for so many of you

ladies, it is a very stressful time, whether that's dealing with loved ones and they're triggering

comments as it relates to food and body. Or for some of you feeling, you know, feeling the pressure
