So the first and highest office is an apostle.

An apostle is a pastor of a number of churches.

He plants churches and builds churches and oversees other pastors.

That's an apostle.

So you start by being a pastor of one church.

When you are successful and God promotes you,

you can be a pastor of more than one church.

So Apostle Paul, he said, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of the churches.
