Summary

Ray Epps is notorious among consumers of right-wing media as the man who initiated the Jan. 6 attack to undermine President Trump. The United States is in the middle of a maternal health crisis – a woman in the U.S. is twice as likely to die from pregnancy today than her mother was a generation ago. Correspondent Jon Wertheim interviews conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin, music director of three major orchestras: in Philadelphia, in his hometown of Montreal and at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, which has tasked him with the bold revamping of its artistic mission.
