It is the last episode of the month, which means this month in birding.

We'll get you there shortly.

But first, a short update on guest host related concerns. As it happens,

things in my personal orbit have turned out much more manageable than they seemed even as recently as a few weeks ago. This is great news. If for no other reason, then it means that my time away from

the host chair will be less

extensive than it could have been or that it appeared it would be.

We're still going to use some guest hosts in the next month because some have graciously

given their time and energy to this podcast, and I am grateful for that.

But after all that, I should be able to return as I had before.

Thanks to those who have sent their thoughts and well wishes, I do appreciate them.
