you know, we've become so much more transient since COVID hit. Some people are able to move

further because of remote work. Others are moving for financial reasons. Some are even

moving out of the country to save money and I'm going to talk with you about that on today's

show. So, report from Bloomberg that women who freelance are earning tons less than guys

doing the same exact freelance job. How much less? The men are earning 50% more than

women. 50% more than the women. Five zero percent more than the women. And these are not

this doesn't mean like driving an Uber or a lift or something like that. These are people

in professional job categories or semi professional job categories. That kind of thing. And so

this is a significant problem for people. You know, with the gig work where and this

is not again, this is gig work where you're placing a value on your own services. Could

be an accounting or computer science or many different fields that are professional

or semi professional fields. Men are much better at advocating for themselves than women.
