And, well, here is an argument why.

All right, there is a woman who is suing the owner of a downtown L.A. hotel.

And here's her allegation.

A security guard caused her left saline breast implant to deflate after he accidentally

brushed her with one hand while he was trying to help someone else with a medical problem.

And this was a couple of months ago.

And Grace Peck is her name. She suing the freehand L.A. Hotel, negligence and premises liability,

and of course unspecified damages, which my guess in the range of $50, $80 million,

what she wants for a boob that has deflated.

All right.

So she's sitting in the hotel lobby when she goes to the aid of someone who needs medical help in the lobby.

We don't know what it is unspecified.

And security guards approach the person who needed help. She's already there.

And one of the guards is waving his arms in the air to get her to back away because Grace is too

close. And he's waving his arms and saying back away, back away. And I quote, as the security guard waved his hands, arms, hands slash arms,

plaintiff's left breast was hit.

She immediately felt a jolting pain.
