The lefty credits his win every pitch mindset for the U-turn, and if he can keep it up for the 40 plus games remaining could potentially end

the season batting over 400 a record that's gone untouched since the great Ted

Williams in 1941.

Blockman refuses to get caught up in the hype.

He says he's having fun, and he's been lucky,

but believes the pitching is just too good these days for him to topple or even tie that legendary feet.

It was a good run, but now it's over.

New Zealand's 102-day streak of no new coronavirus cases has ended with four new infections, all

members of the same family and another four probable cases. So far, how and where

the residents caught it remains a mystery. The Prime Minister wasted

no time and put Auckland, the nation's biggest city, back in a level 3 lockdown, which means that

schools and businesses are closed, and its 1.5

million residents have to stay home through tomorrow.

The new outbreak raises the possibility that New Zealand may postpone its upcoming election, which is currently

scheduled for September 19th.
