6 o'clock Pacific right here on Fox Sports Radio. And we do so with the pride of Dublin Ohio. The man that put South Bend on the map. Whether it's Florida. Whether it's California. Whether it's big.

You can't keep saying that you can't keep saying that's false advertising. You're going to get sued at some point. Why? Which part? I definitely didn't put South Bend on the map. That wasn't the map a long time before I ever got there. Yeah.

A certain of certain age range. You are their guy. Like I know people that to this day. You're their favorite quarterback in Notre Dame favorite player in Notre Dame history. It's a big deal. That's cool. That's cool. I appreciate that. But how about this? So today is a day that a lot of parents out there. Dread and and you haven't guided us point yet. And I don't know when you will. But you will dread this day. Today is the day where I'm traveling with all three of my girls.

Back up to my hometown. I'm doing that today. And it is one of the most nerve wracking things to have to go fly with three young children. Because the odds are one of them is going to be an absolute jerk.

Throughout the plane flight. Probably going to take some people off on the flight.

I want to say something else. But for a half second there, I almost forgot we're on radio. In all seriousness, like parents dread this. If you're out there, I know you feel me right now.

Especially when you have three children, it's just the odds are so slim that everything goes smoothly either with the flight being on time and getting in and the kids being good. Our youngest who's 18 months actually may be sleeping on the flight, which it's kind of around her nap time. But not really. So we'll see all that goes. She could be an absolute tyrant.

But that's what I've gotten store for for for today. So my one of my greatest fears is coming to fruition later on today.

Yeah, it's so we we got married last year. And and our kid is a few months or whatever it is who cares. But anyways, we got married last year. So we didn't get because of the shutdown.

I didn't my bachelor party got canceled her bachelor party got canceled. Honeymoon got canceled. Wedding should have been should have been canceled. It was awful.

You know, it didn't cancel the make it a baby. Yeah, no, that's true. And so what the point. Yeah, but the point being clear, you have some respect, man. I mean, come on.

I don't have to wait to have some respect. But but you're good point, though. You know, pretty pretty accurate here. But here's the thing. So we were talking about. And she said, you know, when when do we want to take our first vacation? And I said, oh, you know, in about

16, 17 years, that sounds about right to me, because you told me these stories about the first time you took your first one on on playing. And you said that you and your wife hunched down in the seat. And we're looking at each other. And you had no answers. No idea what to do.

So I'm flying in. There was a wedding for one of my best friends in the world. I'm flying. Yeah. And I'm as best man. And literally never even got the invite, by the way.

Like, that's how like shotgun it was. And so I'm flying in. We had a connecting flight. And so our connecting flight into the city was short. It's only like 45 minutes.

I have never seen our oldest daughter act that way. Like she was that kid on the plane where she was like throwing tirades, you know, crying uncontrollably, like wouldn't sit in the seat was crawling underneath the seat in front of us.

And was like all over the ground there. And she was just kicking and flailing and screaming and just there was no way of consoling her. Nothing we could do at that point.

We essentially tried for like 50 minutes straight. And we were because we were flying through a nap time. And so of course I end up finally grabbing her. I just I lock arms around her. I'm holding her tight.

And she finally passes out on me as soon as we land. And I'm like perfect. And so everyone's looking at us as a good off the flight. Now we're racing to get a rental car racing to get to the actual church in time for the ceremony.

We end up leaving my wife and her end up staying in the hotel room. They don't even go to the wedding. And so I basically rush in there, get my you know, toxin all that on.
