Hello and welcome to the Diz Unplugged Ground Table discussion through the August 9, 2011.

I'm John Meijai and I'll be your host this week and I am joined by Kevin Close.

I'm Martin, Julie Martin, Kathy Whirling, Teresa Eccles, and Max the intern, Work of the Controls.

Pete Werner and Walter Eccles are currently on a Disney cruise line in Alaska vacation, having a good time we hope, and they should be back with us next week.

For this segment, Kathy Whirling is going to bring us up to speed on the construction of the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.

Kathy, what do you have for us?

Well, we went over on Saturday and Katie and I, my daughter Katie and I.

I need all the details.

And we went over and it was I think the heat index was up in 100 and something.

It's been the worst week.

Have you guys been or you guys are away?

Oh no.

We slept with the plane and it just consumed us.

I think can we go back to California?

Yeah, it was terrible and I have a story about the weather, but it allowed me to see another side of the park.

But let's start at the front of the park and the firehouse that was room, you know, that they were going to close it.

It is closed now, but now there's rumors out there that this is going to be one of the locations for there.

They're going to put in a game sort of like Kim possible in the Magic Kingdom.

And that's supposed to be like one of the places you go to to get started with the game.

So it looked a little empty sitting there.

But the good news on Main Street at least is now you can get a good shot like taking a picture down Main Street that there's no construction.
