1:09.6	The most obvious of all the changes that hotels involves cleaning service.
1:17.4	And hotels are so short of housekeepers that hotels are either going to give a discount
1:26.2	of some kind for every night you don't request housekeeping or charge you money for every
1:34.5	night you do request housekeeping.
1:36.8	And what I've started to notice, booking multi-night stays, and this is hotels of so many
1:43.8	price points, that it will say housekeeping is only included every third night or housekeeping
1:54.3	only by request or things like that when you're booking.
1:58.6	And a lot of times though they don't tell you anything and you get there and you're saying
